AKROTIRI VILLA
Akrotiri Villa is a stunning newly built holiday home (built in 2021), located in the area of Akrotiri in Limassol, Cyprus (right next to the RAF Main Gate). This brand-new, modern Villa will awaken and invigorate you senses and will surely become one of your favourite places to stay in Cyprus. The Villa is 165m² and built on two levels, it offers four-bedrooms in total and can sleep up to 8 people in total. The property is suitable for families and friends who want to relax and have a good time, whilst feeling at home.
THE INDOORS
On the ground level there is a brightly coloured kitchen that is well equipped with an electric hob, an oven, a microwave, a fridge & freezer and a washing machine. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious open plan living area with immediate access to the outdoor area. There is also a guest’s bathroom on the ground floor.
THE OUTDOORS
Akrotiri Villa offers a very large outdoor area with a beautifully landscaped garden and a large swimming pool (8m x 4m 1.40m depth). It is kitted out perfectly for those who want to through a small party as there is a Barbeque station, plenty of garden furniture, an outdoor dining area and sun loungers for those who want to sunbathe.
THE BEDROOMS
Three bedrooms are on the top level and one bedroom is on the ground level. The first bedroom which is on the level floor has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. On the top level of the Villa you will find the other three bedrooms which are also en-suite. One of the rooms is a double bedroom and the other two are twin bedrooms. All of the bedrooms offer comfortable, top quality mattresses, crisp white linen and fluffy pillows and the rooms enjoy plenty of light and abundant space.
LOCATION
The Villa is conveniently situated near many attractions and sites that are worth visit while you are in Cyprus. The city of Limassol can be reached within a 20-minute drive. Paphos International Airport is a 40-minute drive away and Larnaca International Airport is a 60-minute drive away.
